TOP ENTRY BALL VALVES
DESIGN
LCM trunnion mounted top entry ball valves allow in line maintenence without removing the valve from the line.
Design according to API 6D and ASME B16.34. Face to face dimension of valves in class 150 and 300 according to ASME B16.10 class 600; face to face dimension of valves in class 600 and above according to their own classes.
MATERIAL SELECTION
Carbon steel valves are available with forged or cast body, while stainless steel, exotic materials, and special alloys are available in cast execution only.
SEAT DESIGN
Spring loaded, pressure energised soft seat are available with RPTFE, NYLON 12, DEVLON or PEEK insert to meet the widest requirements.
Seat design is such that self relieving of body cavity pressure and double block bleed features are guaranteed. Emergency sealant injection points are available on valves N6 6* and larger.
STEM DESIGN
The steam seat is guaranteed by double seal design with emergency sealent injection point. the upper stem seal is replaceable under full line pressure.
ANTISTATIC DEVICE
The electrical continuity between all the valve parts is guaranteed by springs and certified according to BS 5351 and/or API 6D.
SPECIAL FEATURES
Metal seal execution, high grade alloy weld overlay on critical seal areas, stem extensions for underground installation, pup pieces, are available on request.
